Frequently asked questions
Choosing an ingredient
How do I choose an ingredient for my application?
Start with the end product you’re developing, its intended application and any ingredient requirements you already know. You don’t need to identify an exact ingredient before contacting us. We can discuss relevant options with you; suitability will depend on your formulation and evaluation.
Can you supply ingredients for my target market?
Senyo has exported ingredients to markets in Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America. Supply for your project is confirmed based on the specific ingredient, intended use, destination market and documentation requirements. Please include these details in your inquiry.
Samples and orders
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Tell us which ingredient you’d like to evaluate and how you plan to use it. We’ll check sample availability and confirm the relevant quantity and arrangements with you before proceeding.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is generally 1 kg. Please include the ingredient and quantity you need in your inquiry so we can confirm availability and the order details.
What packaging options are available?
Our ingredients are available in 1 kg bags and 20 kg or 25 kg drums, depending on the product. Please tell us which ingredient you need so we can confirm the applicable packaging for your order.
What is the lead time for an order?
We generally hold stock of our ingredients. Please share the ingredient, quantity and required delivery date so we can confirm availability and lead time. Larger quantities may require production scheduling.
Documentation and inquiries
What product documentation can I request?
Let us know whether you need a product specification, certificate of analysis (COA), safety data sheet (SDS/MSDS), or other documentation for your project. We’ll check what can be provided for the specific product and intended market. Documents are handled through project inquiries rather than public website downloads.
What information should I include in my inquiry?
Start with the ingredient or application, expected quantity and target market. If available, also include your specification, packaging, documentation and timing requirements. You can leave unknown details for follow-up—you don’t need a complete brief to start the conversation.
When can I expect a response?
Our team will send an initial response within three business days. This may include follow-up questions or an outline of the next step. A quotation or confirmation of documents or samples may require further discussion.
